Continuation of abstract of title, from the 16th day of September A. D. 1913 to date of certification hereto appended, to part of the Susan Cashen Grant or Section Thirty (30), in Township Three (3), North of Range Twenty-eight (28), East, to-wit: the South half of lot number One (1), and the whole of lots number seven, eight, nine and ten (7,8,9,&10), being subdivisions of section Thirty (30), as per survey and plat made by S. A. Sessar C. E. in April 1888. Said parcels of land, together, containing 41 and 42/100 acres.
Item l. The National Transportation and Terminal Company, Corporation, to Naval Stores Warhouse Company, Corporation.
Deed dated the 14th day of October 1913. Consideration One hundred Dollars and other good and valuable considerations. Recorded October 21st 1913 in Deed Book "22" at pages 421 to 424. Signed in the name of said grantor corporation by its President, seal affixed, attested by the Secretary, two witnesses, and acknowledged by said officers as and for the act and deed of said body corporate, also that the seal affixed is the seal of said corporation. Conveying the South half (s 1/2) of Lot numbered One, and the whole of lots numbered seven, eight, nine and ten, the same being subdivision of the Cashen Grant, Or Section Thirty in Township Three, North, Range Twenty-eight East, as shown by the plat and survey of said lands made by S. A. Sessar, C. E. in April 1888, and resurveyed and staked off and platted by E. R. Conant, C. E. in July 1902 (Copy of the latter map being attached to deed of C. W. Yulee of the City, County and State of New York, and Annie M. Yulee, his wife, to J. P. Williams Co., said deed dated July 19th 1902) same containing an area of 41 and 42/100 (41.42) acres more or less.
