Claim designated in Report 1 as Claim 95 (See State Papers Vol.4, pages 280, 294 and 426) and confirmed 16 August 1823 by Board of Commissioners appointed in pursuance of the Act of Congress the 8th of May 1822, entitled "An Act for ascertaining Claims and titles held within the Territory of Florida (See Statutes at Large, vol. 3, page 709).
Said claims are also confirmed by the Act of Congress of the 8th of February, 1827, entitled "An Act to provide for the confirmation and settlement of private land claims in East Florida and for other purposes." (See Statues at Large, Vol. 4, page 202)
