Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Florida in General Assembly convened, That.....said Bank shall be a corporation and body politic, by the name and style of the Bank of Fernandina....corporation shall not consist of less than twenty individuals, at whom a majority shall be residents of this State...shall cease to exist on the first day of December, 1878....
