Title An Act to incorporate a Bank in the city of Fernandina

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Florida in General Assembly convened, That.....said Bank shall be a corporation and body politic, by the name and style of the Bank of Fernandina....corporation shall not consist of less than twenty individuals, at whom a majority shall be residents of this State...shall cease to exist on the first day of December, 1878....
[Passed the Senate December 18, 1858. Passed the House of Representatives January 14, 1859. Approved by the Governor January 15, 1859.]
