An act to establish the Bank of Commerce at Fernandina
Capital stock shall not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, divided into shares of one hundred dollars each...books shall be opened first day of March....following commissioners ....authorized to ...receive subscriptions: James E. Broome, W. N. Bilbo, Leonard Dozier, Jr., Thomas S. Levy, Phillip Dell,Felix Livingston, Joseph Finegan, Geo. W. Call, A. H. Cole and D. J. Taylor, or any three of them. Created until First of January 1881. Created by the name and style of the President and Directors of the Planters' and Mechanics' (Merchants') bank of Pensacola.
Passed the Senate Feb. 5, 1861. Passed the House of Representatives February 13th 1861. Approved by the Governor February 14th 1861.
