Continuation of abstract of title, from the 28th day of June A. D. 1913 to date of certification hereto appended, to part of the Susan Cashen Grant or Section Thirty (30), in Township Three (3), North of Range Twenty-eight (28), East, to-wit: the South half of lot number One (1), and the whole of lots number seven, eight, nine and ten (7,8,9,&10), being subdivisions of section Thirty (30), as per survey and plat made by S. A. Sessar C. E., dated April 1888. Said parcels of land, together, containing 41 and 42/100 acres. (Number of Township corrected by Clerk) (Seal of Circuit Court Nassau County Florida)
C. Wickliffe Yulee and Annie M. Yulee, his wife, to J. P. Williams Company, corporation. Warranty deed dated July 29th 1902. Consideration $1035.50. Recorded August 25th 1902, in Book "A8" at page 359. Signed, sealed, two witnesses, acknowledged and separate examination of wife relinquishing dower. Conveying lands in Nassau County, State of Florida, as described in Caption hereof.
J. P. Williams Company, a corporation created under the Laws of the State of Georgia, to The National Transportation and Terminal Company. Warranty deed dated January 2d 1903. Consideration $1164.49. Recorded February 20th 1903, in Book "A", at page 71. Signed in corporate name by the President, attested by secretary, corporate seal affixed, and acknowledged by the said officer of the corporation as and for the act and deed of said body corporate. Conveying lands in Nassau County, State of Florida, as described in Caption hereof.
