The last applicant for admission to the Naval Academy entered this week. He came from the classes under Prof. R. L. Werntz, and makes the ninety-first from this school that passed successful mental examinations in 1895, and the two hundred and sixty-third in the last three years. This school has had the highest percentage of success for eight years, and fully sustains its record this year. -- Annapolis Evening Capital, October 4th, 1895"
