" In Probate Court, State of Florida County of Duval,
In the matter of the Guardianship of the Minor children of Eliza L. Fernandez, dec[eased], on the Petition of James T. O'Neill, Guardian for discharge, & the rendition of his final account of Guardianship, &@ [?].

Order of Chambers, by the Judge of said Court, Jany 25th 1860.

And now on this date came James T. O'Neill, Guardian of the Minor children of Eliza L. Fernandez, dec[eased] and filed his petition asking for discharge from Guardianship, and recommending the appointment Richard P. Daniel as a suitable Guardian for said minors; and further representing , that his eldest Ward to wit: Isabell M. Fernandez is now the Wife of the said Richard P. Daniel, and no longer s Minor, but over the age of twenty one years; and the said Richard P. Daniel also being present in the Court, and consenting to act as such Guardian: And the said James T. O'Neill, Guardian as aforesaid, having presented and filed in this Court his final account of Guardianship of said Minors, with the proper vouchers thereof, and having given the Notice required by Law, and the said account and vouchers having been examined, and found to be correct, and audited and allowed by this Court:
It is therefore Ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that the prayer of said Petitioner be granted, and that the said James T. O'Neill, Guardian, do turn over the property in said Estate, belonging to Isabell M. Daniel, (formerly Fernandez,) to the Husband of the said Isabell M. Daniel, the said Richard P. Daniel; to be and remain under his care and control, for the benefit of his said Wife; as well as all the property of said minor children; to wit; Edwin Eva, and John D. Fernandez, to the said Richard P. Daniel, Guardian of said minors this day appointed by the court: And that on Compliance with this Order, the said James T. O'Neill, be and is hereby discharged from his said Guardianship:

Be it remembered
that I, Chandler S. Emery, Judge of the Probate Court of said State, for the County aforesaid, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the original order in the beforementioned matters, as the same remains on Record and on file before me in said Court.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and affix the Seal of said Court, as the Probate office, in Jacksonville State County aforesaid, this 25th day of January A.D. 1860:
