Referring to your report of Feb. 28, 1909, there is sent you herewith a blue-print showing, enclosed in red, the Light-House Reservation at Amelia Island.
The description is as follows:
Beginning at a Live Oak tree, thence running South six chains to a Water Oak tree, thence West ten chains to a stake, thence North six chains to a Live Oak tree, thence East ten chains to the place of beginning.
You will please report to this office whether there are any squatters on this land. In case there are any squatters who assert that they have permission to squat, you will cause these to produce their permission and send a copy of the permission to this office. Send also a complete list of the names of any squatters found.
