Each page of the book contains 4 coupons and is hand-stamped in red ink "1907." The front and back covers bear "SPECIAL" hand-stamped in red ink. The inside of the back and front covers bear a date stamp "Amelia Beach Company, Office May 1, 1911"
Terms of the contract for tranportation are on the inside back cover and partially obscured by the hand-stamped images. It allows transport for the "head of family," unmarried female members, male childlren under age 21, and live-in servants.
The inside front cover says each coupon entitles the purchaser and family members to one trip between Fernandina and Amelia Beach. The name of the purchaser is obscured by the stamped images but appears to be "L. G. Hinly."
