In consideration of Policy No. 322972 on life of William N. Thompson being placed, by desire of the assured, in our "Internediate Southern Class" of Policies, and thus becoming entitled to such dividends only as hall be found to be due, regard being had to the mortality experienced in such Class, compared with the mortality of the rest of the assured, permission is hereby given to said William N. Thompson to reside in Nassau Co. Florida and to travel, at all seasons of the year, in any part of the United States, provided always, that the conditions, limitations, and requirements of said policy, except as herein expressly modified, remain in full force.
