Pages 91-126 of the 126 page manuscript of the Fernandina Guide (a history of Fernandina from 1564-1939). The Guide resulted from the WPA Writers' Project overseen by the Federal Works Agency-Work Projects Administration of Florida, Jacksonville, FL. Two additional pages include "Acknowledgement", and publishing/printing criteria. Finally two smaller pieces of paper were included and found between pages 97 and 98. One sheet (5.75"x8.25") appears to have accompanied a picture of Princess Amelia that was to be included in the guide. The second sheet (8"x2.75") contains two corrections that need to be made on pages 96 and 97.
Pages 91-91 complete the " Tour of Amelia Island"; pages 93-97 Cover the chronology of Fernandina from 1562 to 1939; pages 98-120 include a translation by Maria Dollheimer of and extract from the Spanish Governor's Order for the rezoning of Fernandina (1811), a description of the properties (ownership and land usage) delineated by the rezoning; pp. 121-126 contain citations.
