1. Notice of Dedication of Historic Marker at First Presbyterian Church, Fernandina Beach, Florida, on Sunday May 31, 1964. The Reverend John W. Dozier was Minister of the Church. Participants in the program are listed. Of special note is Miss Kathleen Davis Hardee, the great, great granddaughter of the Church's first pastor. She represents the fifth generation of this family to worship in the church. 2. Old Town Landmark To House Historical Society. Article printed in the New Leader 02/20/1964. States House recently leased to Duncan Lamont Clinch Historical Society for payment of taxes and insurance. Mrs. Jay Bartels was president of the Historical Society. 3. Letter is dated 17 February 1964 placing order for two historical markers with details. 7. Letter from Sewah Studios (Attn: Mr. L. M. Thomas) dated 10 March 1964 from The General Duncan L. Clinch Historical Society of Amelia Island discussing the rubbings of two historical markers (one if for Fairbanks House). 8. Carbon copy (on onion skin) with wording for House of Fairbanks. 9. Two page list of members, addresses, phone numbers. 23. By-laws approved by the Board of Trustees at its regular monthly meeting on July 13, 1964. Subject to approval by the entire membership at next corporation meeting in October 1964.
