[Number 106] by me. I have this day sent to C. W. Hilliard Sr. a map showing all the lands represented by me in and around Dutton, and among them were marked these very lands. I would thank you for full particulars in regard to the trespass above referred to. Very Truly, S. D. Swann, agent [Number 309] The R.R. Co. are now extending their present wharf some 3 to 5 hundred feet, additional, in length; this is done in order to accommodate the few boats that now land at the Town Co's docks and to handle as much of the lumber business over their dock, as possible. When their present improvements are completed you will see a falling off in the receipts of the Co. as the only [underlined] source of Revenue we have is from the docks. This R.R. matter should be taken up at once, by you and Mr. Dickerson. My father will write you fully, Very Truly, S. D. Swann |
