A most unqiue, recherche and enjoyable ENTERTAINMENT will be given the Citizens of Fernandina by Company A assisted by Company B, Fernandina Volunteers New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, 1886, when it is intended to watch the old year out, and the new year in. The principal features of the occasion will be an exhibition drill, by Company A, wherein will be executed beautiful and difficult fancy movements, in addition to the Manual. The ladies will then flourish their favorite weapons in a most spirit-stirring Pfriemenkrautdrillbohrer, (If you want to know what that is, come and see.) After which Both Companies will join in a batallion drill! A grand Terpsichorean exercise and Gastronomic Contest, (go as you please,) will conclude the evening's amusement. The Dancing will be arranged for carefully by the Committee. The supper will be entirely in charge of the ladies, who will spare no efforts to make it perfect. Admission, 50 Cts., exclusive of supper. Proceeds for the benefit of the Fernandina Volunteers. |
