Primary Inside front cover has "E. E. Galphin" handwritten in ink, who is the apparent author and owner. Content begins with with examples of plaiting strands stitched to the paper and how-to instructions in pen and ink. Additional pages on instructions for making a hat, basketry, weaving straw. Also instruction on how to teach Modeling Plastic Material -- modeling clay, making pottery -- in kindergarten Notes on how to teach children to cut and paste flowers in books, and how to fold paper and cut it to make large letters for making a poster sign of letters. The last two pages have mathematical problems written in pencil, apparently not in the hand of E.E. Galphin. |
