Letterhead contains seal of Ferd. VII. 1834. Rosa and Juan Llansa y Bas, mother and son of Juan Llansa y Romeu, who died in the town of Fernandina. Mother and son are residents of town of Cambrils, Tarragon, Princedom of Catalonia, Kingdom of Spain. They state all property of their husband and father has been left to them.
