State of Florida Florida Rail Road Company 500 shares November 3th 1866 30,000 Shares $100 each. This is to certify that Marshall C. Roberts is entitled to Five Thousand Shares of the Capital Stock of the Florida Rail Road Company of One Hundred Dollars each, transferable only by him or his Attorney on the Transfer Books of the said Company in the City of New York on the surrender of this Certificate. In Witness Whereof. the President and Treasurer of said Company have hereunto subscribed their names this Twenty-first day of December 1866. James S. Roberts, Treas. Edw. A. Dickinson, Pres. Cancelled written in large letters across the certificate. |
