Fernandina, Fla. Sept. 14th 1908. Mr. L. G. Hirth City; Dear Sir as You perhaps know I have to offer my place Lot 29, Block 268, for Sale, as I am not prepared to put in shape as it ought to be. I think with allready Your other possessions near by, it would be quite worth something to You for all times to come, I have two offers and I must say yes or no soon but I thought of You, as it cost nothing to ask and me might agree and no bad feeling to exists any more. I know I owe you 3-1/2 months Rent about $80. Now I offer the place for $650. and by paying You would leave me a total $570 (five hundred and seventy). You see Mr. Hirth this would be my only way ever to make satisfaction with You, as I dont like to owe any men any Money when I can prevent it to this my Wife agreed. And I think You will like the place, it costs me the same; it is all paid, and or good title to it; if You should be inclined to buy and help me out to make a final settlement, I certainly would apreciate Your good Will. Hoping to get an early reply I remain Yours respectfully, Peter Nagel Box 33 Fernandian Flor. |
