                                    1. Letter to Suzanne (Davis Hardee) to Jack Mizell dated 13 March 1994 thanking her for letter and Amelia Now article about Myrtle (possibly Mizell). 2. Notice from President Mary Holt Boswell to Society members dated 1 October 1994 announcing program for 11 October meeting: A.B.C.'s of some of the other organizations on the Island dedicated to our historical area. 3. A history of the Restoration Foundation presented at an Historical Society Meeting held 11 October 1994 (from Susan Steger). Handwritten annotations by Suzanne Davis Hardee . The Restoration Foundation was founded in 1970. The report details projects and fundraising. 4. Letter to the Society from Eleanor C. Woodard of St. Petersburg, FL dated 4 January 1994. Letter contains photocopy of family records written in the Buford family Bible. Records were published in Florida Connections through Bible records (Florida State Genealogical Society, 1993). Woodard requests that the records be placed in the Society's genealogical collection. 5. Lease contains nine pages including Exhibit A. Signatures for City of Fernandina Beach are Eleanor Coleman (Mayor-Commissioner) and Sherry L. Stein (President of Amelia Island-Fernandina Beach-Yulee Chamber of Commerce. Attested by: Vicki P. Cannon (City Clerk) and Sherry F. Stein (EVP). Approved as to form by Ally F. Seggev (City Attorney). Exhibit A states All of the certain, parcel and piece of land situated, lying and being in the City of Fernandina Beach, Nassau County,Florida, and further known and described of the official plat of said City as follows: Lots 1 through 5, Block 26B. 24. Letter from President Mary Holt Boswell to Mrs. Marlene Murphy (Tilted Anchor) dated 14 June 1994 praising the Amelia Island Museum of History as the jewel in the crown of Fernandina Beach. The General Duncan Lamont Clinch Historical Society of Amelia Island ask for support of the five year,10,000 per year plan, as recommended by A. J. Smith. The Museum needs to be able to rely on monies from the Tourist Development Council so that it can grow. 25. Letter from President Mary Holt Boswell to Greg Roland dated 14 June 1994 commending the Museum for its contribution to the promotion of tourism and ..dedication to our historical heritage. Note: Historical Society had 256 members at this time. 26. Letter from Mary Holt Boswell to Linda Eady (Commanding Office USCG, Miami) dated 30 November 1994. Boswell informs Eady that the Board of the Historical is very interested in keep the Amelia Light open and operational. She mentions a rumor that the Amelia Light might be moth-balled if the Mayport Ferry were shut down. 27. Handwritten letter to Mr. and Mrs. Perni of Yamassee, SC, from Mary Holt Boswell dated 30 March 1994 and thanking them for their hospitality at Brewton Plantation. 28. Boswell's note on proposed trips and meetings.Trips: Boat to St. Marys, White Oak, Plum Orchard with lunch at Greyfield, Kings Bay, bus trip to Gainesville or St. Augustine, Americus Ga area, Macon Museum Houses. 29. Booklet titled Guale Tours presents St. Marys written by Eloise Bailey and Marjorie Waters. Fifteen pages illustrated with photographs. One page on McIntosh Sugarhouse Ruins. 30. Boswell's handwritten notes for 4th quarter Directors Meeting held 8 December 1994. 31. Letter to Jane Bos dated 3 December 1994 giving itinerary for trip for March 3-5 1995.
