Deed of conveyance in State of Florida, County of Nassau. Domingo Acosta and John A. Cavedo, attornies of the widow and heirs of Joseph Bergallo deceased who reside in Kingdom of Spain Clara Fontan of the Town of Fernandina paid $150 to the widow and heirs of Bergallo for property in Fernandina which is described. 1. One half lot of ground with a frame house and kitchen fronting on White Street for 17 Spanish varas. Lot is also 17 varas on east and west and is bounded in the South by a lot formerly of John Llanza, deceased. On east, it is bounded by a lot formerly property of Jose Hernandez. On west, by Amelia Street. Lot is known as lot 11 of block 9. 2. A half lot adjoining the lot already described. This lot borders on lot of Geronimo Alvarez to whom it was granted by the Spanish Government. 3. 3/4 of a whole lot (lot no. 9 of block 9) as sold by Farquhar Bethune to Jose Bergallo (deceased) in 1818. Dated 20 February 1850. Seals of Domingo Acosta and John A. Cavedo, Attornies in fact for the Widow and heirs of Jopseh Bergallo deceased. Witnessed by George Latham and Francisco D Pons.
