Excerpts from Will of Zephaniah Kingsley date July 20, 1843 IZephaniah Kingsley, of Duval County, Florida, Planter, being in sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and Testament, as follows, viz: Inheritors include: Kingsley B. Gibbs (nephew), George Cooper Gibbs (nephew), Charles I. McNeil (nephew). Division of remaining property in twelve equal shares: 1/12 to Kingsley B. Gibbs 1/12 to Anna Madgigaine Jai Kingsley 2/12 to John Maxwell Kingsley (son) 4/12 to George Kingsley (son) 2/12 to Flora H. Kingsley 1/12 to Micanopoy (son of Sarah M. Kingsley) Kingsley B. Gibbs, George Kingsley and Benjamin A. Putnam appointed guardians of "my infant natural children" Executors appointed were Kingsley B. Gibbs and Benjamin A. Putnam and George Kingsley (son of Anna Madgigent Jai) Witnesses: Thomas O. Holmes, William S. Donaldson, David McCuen. Concluding note: (Above is authentic copy of will of Zephaniah Kingsley of Ft.
