Camp Wheeler Pennant - Pennant
A pennant from Camp Wheeler from World War 2. From 1940 to 1945 Camp Wheeler, located near Macon, Georgia, was a replacement center for Army infantry. Assumption is that Otis Withington was at Camp Wheeler. His uniform has an army infantry replacement patch.

Louise Withington Fox was born 06/25/1899 in Savannah GA; she died in Jacksonville 11/15/1993. She was Keystone Hotel's last owner and manager. She married George Stewart Fox in 1922. She and her husband operated the hotel for 13 years. The Keystone Hotel was torn down in 1972.
