Original entry: This cannonball is supposedly the cannonball shot from the USS Ottawa upon its arrival in Amelia Island on March 3, 1862. The ship reportedly shot at Ex-Senator David Yulee's train as he was fleeing Fernandina. This cannonball is supposedly from that incident.
