    Corner of Jasmine and Citrona. During 1984, Citrona was extended to Sadler Road. The portion south of Sadler was called "Will Hardee Drive." Will Love Hardee was the former owner of the property. Jasmine Street was also extended from 14th Street to Fletcher. Construction of homes started immediately.
